Training & Learning Services

The role of the Training & Skills Development Officer is to support the development of a thriving third sector by increasing the skills of staff and volunteers working in and supporting organisations in Haringey.

In addition to organising the training courses that HAVCO offer to groups the training and Skills Development Officer will:

  • Offer 1-2-1 support and advice
  • Support training needs analysis
  • Help groups to develop a training strategy
  • Signpost towards other training courses
